We began making the K-K saddle pads in 1992. Quickly out growing our garage we moved to a business location. By riding myself and listening to other people who ride for pleasure, competitively, and working cowboys, I have developed a saddle pad that protects your horse’s back and helps with the fit of your saddle. We ship to dealers in several states and do ship to individuals where we have no dealers. Call us for the closest dealers or for more information.

Our saddle pads are 2 piece pads made of high quality wool felt with closed cell foam. The foam does not go over the horses back but leaves a 3 inch strip down the middle to allow air to circulate. The wool felt is next to the horses back and our pad can be ridden with or without a blanket. The pad have wearleathers along the bottom of the pad but are sewn onto the cover, not through the pad is self. This keeps sweat and hair from accumulating along the stitching. The pad is not bonded but sewn all the way around the edge. The full length foam pad runs the full length of the pad. The close contact pad has foam only under the saddle tree for closer leg contact with your horse.

Styles:
B-1 1/4” wool felt with full length foam
B-2 1/2” wool felt with full length foam
B-12 1/2” wool felt with close contact foam
B-14 1/4” wool felt with close contact foam

Allen Bach, 3 time World Champion team roper rides and endorses K-K Saddle Pads.

Greg Seufer, USTRC number 4 heeler says “ K-K Saddle Pad is the only pad I ride!”

Brett Tonozzi, 11 time NFR qualifier and 2 time NFR average winner says, “From a person who has ridden horses the better half of my life, I can honestly say that I have ridden many different pads and blankets and always come back to the wool blanket and felt pad. Now that this new pad is out and I have tried it, I can assure anyone that I recommend this pad for any event in riding under a western saddle. I will not be returning to the two “good ole” pads that I rode for many years. I have finally found a saddle pad that I like and I’ll stick with it. You will get every penny’s worth with this pad."

Doug Schmidt USTRC number 6 heeler prefers the close contact (B-12) pad.

Garrett Tonozzi USTRC number 6 header rides the full foam (B-2) pad.

Doug Clark, PRCA Steer Roper and Calf Roper has been riding the B2 K-K Saddle Pad for 3 years and still thinks it's a great pad.
